This 80-metre luxury superyacht raises the bar for indulgent family or business cruising with an owner’s deck and four VIP cabins.
Built by Oceanco in 2007, the Y701 motor yacht has been regularly maintained since her launch. The most recent winter refit between 2022/23 updated her A/V and tech systems and added new outdoor deck tables and a new carpet in the sky lounge. During the previous winter refit of 2021/22, she completed her 15-year special survey and got an upgraded air conditioning system.
The Y701 yacht has a go-anywhere range of 6,000 nautical miles at 14 knots, cruises at 18 knots and has a top speed of 19 knots.
Her elegantly angular exterior is designed by Nouvolari & Lenard and conceals a considerable internal volume of 2,310GT.
There are a number of enticing amenities on the Y701 motor yacht. Her expansive sun deck is home to a glass-backed pool surrounded by sun pads forward, with a settee amidship. Below, the versatile bridge deck aft boasts a sun lounge with a chef station, a sit-up bar, and an alfresco dining table that is shaded by the overhang.
On the main deck of the Y701 yacht, you’ll find a wellness spa with a gym, a buffet and bar, a medical room, a beauty salon and a massage room. The spacious main salon is an enormous space for entertaining, with a sophisticated five-star hotel feel, with thick cream carpet, a choice of lounge areas to port and starboard. This room can also convert to a cinema room, and there is a second indoor entertaining area in the sky lounge, complete with a piano and a formal dining area, which connects to an impressive indoor/outdoor dining space.
The interiors of this luxury superyacht are designed by Alberto Pinto and balance plush, cream furnishings with wooden cabinetry and plenty of natural light.
Up to 18 guests can sleep across nine cabins on the Y701 yacht. The owner’s suite takes up almost half of the upper deck and boasts its own office, his and hers bathroom with a huge central bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe and access to a Portugues bridge and private terrace with two Jacuzzis.
The rest of the accommodation comprises a VIP suite on the bridge deck, two VIPs and two twin cabins on the main deck, and two doubles on the lower deck. There’s also space for a crew of 22 on the lower deck, with a double Captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.
The Y701 yacht for sale is complemented by five tenders, including a 9.44-metre Nouvarania open limousine. She’s also sold with a packed toy box that includes jet skis, Seabobs, water skis, an inflatable slide and more, plus a range of gym equipment.
