Consists of two luxury beachfront villas with private pools and sea view. Luxury Villas are completely independent and suitable for a family vacation. Both villas are built to high standards and tastefully designed to provide a superior holiday experience. Located in the area of Chalikounas and right under them there is a small rocky beach accessible via footpath.
Each villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathroom and it can host up to 6-7 persons comfortably. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped Victorian kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, espresso – French coffee maker, boiler, shaker, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is connected to a stunning dining pavilion with an integrated contemporary living room, a beautiful living area and a stone built fireplace.
Each bedroom has two single (2) or one matrimonial (1) beds , satellite TV, air-conditioning, indoor bathroom (2 with Jacuzzi) and hairdryer. The bedroom on the upper floor has a business desk with a desktop computer and internet access, also there is a DVD/CD player. The fully air-conditioned living room has a flat satellite TV, DVD/CD player and home cinema.
Each villa has its own pool surrounded by a lush garden looking out to a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea, with sun beds, umbrellas for unique moments of relaxation, beautiful flowers and trees, only few meters from the beach.
