The stunning 2022 Benetti superyacht CALEX is a vision of class and opulence. Customised down to the smallest detail, the 67m (219ft) charter yacht features a completely bespoke design with a magnificent owner’s suite with its own outdoor area. The expansive layout of charter yacht CALEX was honoured with the award for Best Layout at the 2022 World Yacht Trophies. Her elegant exterior design was created by Giorgio Cassetta, while the award-winning interior was realised in collaboration between Benetti and the owner’s design team.
CALEX’s interior is adorned with a beautiful blend of light and dark colour tones, white statues, gleaming marble and stunning ivory-coloured furnishings that convey a sense of serenity. Guests can admire the rare sculptures and treasures collected during the ship’s voyages. The main salon is designed as a sociable space with a huge U-shaped sofa, armchairs, a full bar, a pop-up TV and its own dining table. Accessibility has been carefully considered on board. Guests can travel effortlessly between the different decks using the stunning glass lift. The deck furniture can also be configured as required. Benetti’s exceptional craftsmanship and CALEX’s clever use of space are evident throughout the yacht, enveloping guests in luxury from deck to deck.
CALEX welcomes 12 guests in seven warm and modern cabins. The huge master suite is located on the upper deck and is designed for privacy and relaxation. With a private office, a spa-like double bathroom and its own foredeck, this is the epitome of luxury on the water. The 180-degree view from this cabin can be admired from the bed, or guests can walk through the automatic doors to the completely private outdoor lounge. CALEX’s six guest cabins, two VIP cabins on the main deck, two Kings and two convertible twins with Pullman on the lower deck, all feature the same chic marble bathroom. CALEX’s clever layout is extremely charter-friendly, with versatile guest accommodation and many different zones for guests to enjoy depending on their mood.
This charter yacht is a dream come true for those who love travelling outdoors. From the main deck aft and the upper deck aft, guests can enjoy meals and entertainment amid unbeatable views. CALEX’s sundeck is second to none, with a dedicated workout and yoga room, a Jacuzzi and plenty of lounging space. The bridge deck has an outdoor area with a lounge and bar. In our opinion, the five-star beach club is the ship’s best feature.
